The snow is melting, running underground through miniature caverns. It's quite beautiful. But, it's frightening knowing that all over the earth, much more massive glaciers and snowcapped mountain peaks are suffering the same free flowing melt.

My brother Bret tried to run through Seal Pond at the Voorhies Memorial, but he immediately slipped and fell in. This is the aftermath. At least it was nice out. (Denver, CO - September 18th, 2010)
